you get up.

Blog where I dump any thoughts I have that have not been sorted. Organization here is chronological rather than categorical. But having a fixed post helps give important thoughts tangibility. It also keeps me from being obsessive. What if I am thinking the same thoughts over and over but I never realize it because then I forget and do not write it down?

Fight mon-fri. Rest sat-sun.
You will burn out otherwise.
Remember when to take a break.
Also... There are 4 pillars to max performance:
1. healthy food. your mind will repair itself better with building blocks.
2. sleep. You need sleep to defrag your mind.
3. exercise. A faster metabolism means building blocks from food can be laid faster.
4. social. Without a break, you will burn out and lose creativity.
